JFK (Japanese for Kids, ages 6 to 13)
Kids aged six to thirteen who are interested in learning Japanese are welcome to OSULA’s Japanese for kids program! Student will learn all four basic language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing (using hiragana, katakana and kanji) and be exposed to Japanese culture through various fun activities such as origami, calligraphy, songs and games. There are Fun- Japanese 1(beginning level) and Fun-Japanese 2 (Intermediate) and classes meet on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm . Each quarter has 33hours of instruction. In summer, we offer a half-day summer course: Fun Japanese A1 in July and Fun Japanese A2 in August. It is 3weeks long with 45 clock hours of instruction and classes meet every morning from9am to 12pm Monday through Friday.

PVL (Private Lessons for Kids, ages 6 to 13)
Those students who have business, crazy schedules that conflict with regular OSULA class schedules, or who have particular goals may enjoy our private instruction option. The curriculum for private lessons is tailored to each student’s needs. It may be the most efficient and economical way to meet your study objective. You can choose the most convenient hours for lessons during the week or on Saturday mornings. We will find a teacher according to student’s schedule. Lessons are held at school, we do not send our teachers to student’s place.
